Scope of the On-Line Privacy Statement
This iWise2 Online Privacy Statement applies to all data collected by iWise2 through its Web sites and services. It applies to all iWise2 Web sites that display links to this statement. Any Web Site that does not display a link to this statement will have its own on line Privacy Statement and is not covered by this statement.
Collection of Personal Information
iWise2 may through its Web sites may ask you to provide personal information. This is usually information such as:
Title, Name and initials, Address, Postcode.
Contact details such as email addresses and telephone numbers.
Optional fields or site surveys may ask for preferences or demographic information such as interests, business sector, company worked for, business role so that we can better understand how to cater to our customers.
At checkout we will also store your billing address, we do not store sensitive financial information such as your credit card number.
When you complete an order your full payment details including credit card number are only sent through a secure 256 bit SSL encrypted connection to our payment provider. We do send this information anywhere else, nor do we collect or store it.
To access iWise2 subscription service, or to purchase an ebook/s you will be asked to register with an email address, username and password. This collection of information forms an iWise2 Account Identity.
iWise2 also uses the iWise2 Account Identity to allocate a unique ID number assigned to your credentials and associated information.
Delivery of information and collection of data
iWise2 may use website analytics software to retrieve information about how you found our Web site, the use of keywords in searching and navigation around the site and pages viewed. We may use technologies such as cookies or web beacons to collect information on pages viewed and links clicked on. This information is anonymous and is not tried to any personal information you may provide us with. We collect this information to improve the customer experience of our website.
Additionally iWise2 may collect standard information that your browser sends to all websites you visit like your IP address, browser type, access time and referring Web site addresses.
iWise2 may also deliver advertisements and iWise2 may collect via Web site analytics information about the clicks on these advertisements and web sites visited whether inside the iWise2 Web site or on third party Web sites.

For credit card processing iWise2 will use fraud detection vendors who may use aggregate data to help improve their service.

iWise2 may access or disclose information about you, including the content of your communications, in order to:
(a) comply with the law or respond to lawful requests or legal process;
(b) protect the rights or property of iWise2 or our customers, including the enforcement of our agreements or policies governing your use of the services or
(c) act on a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of iWise2 employees, customers or the public.
Accessing your personal information
You have the ability to view and or edit your personal information online. In order to help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you will be required to sign in with your credentials (e-mail address and password). The appropriate method(s) for accessing your personal information will depend on which sites or services you have used.
Some iWise2 sites or services may collect personal information as described above that is not accessible via the clickable links in the Web site. However, in such cases, you may be able to access that information through alternative means of access described by the service. Or you can email or write to us and we will contact you within 30 days regarding your request. Each individual can have one copy of their personal records for free, however if you request multiple copies we may need to charge you a fee of £50. Where an organisation is requesting data, dependent on the data required we may need to charge a fee.

Retention of Personal Information
iWise2 offers the ability to stop the delivery of promotional email and you will be able to choose and modify the methods of communication that you would prefer iWise2 uses for promotional communication.
These choices will not apply to the use of on-line advertising display within the iWise2 Web sites. They also do not apply to the receipt of mandatory service communications from iWise2 that iWise2 consider mandatory to its service offering or maintenance. You will receive these communications periodically unless you have canceled the service.

iWise2 Web sites may display advertising from iWise2 or one of our affiliates or partners.
When we display online advertisements to you, we will place a persistent cookie on your computer in order to recognise your computer each time we display an ad to you. Because we may serve advertisements on many different Web sites, we are able to compile information over time about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw and/or clicked on the advertisements we display.
